These kintsugi inspired earrings remind us that our scars are a beautiful part of our journey in life.   As part of the Rise Up collection as well the open area acknowledges the loss we experience in life’s journey and the beauty of the resilience we each have.  Textured with molds made from natural lichen I gathered from hikes in the mountains and forests.  The lichen’s beautiful texture is a reminder that all living beings are reliant on each other especially in times of loss and serves a symbol of renewal and perseverance.  Accented with pearls.  Patina applied, polished and then textured to a matte finish.
